i�i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII j STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 144 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to better address the existing conditions <br /> and the change to paragraph (9) is a part of the Parks and Recreation's Reed's Bay Beach Park <br /> Redevelopment and Improvements Project. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at <br /> anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> (c) South Hilo <br /> (1) Ainako Avenue, Hamakua side, between Kaumana Drive and the Ernest B. de <br /> Silva School entrance. <br /> (2) Alenaio Drive, makai side. <br /> (3) Anderton Camp Roadway, Hilo side, for its entire length. <br /> (4) 'Anela Street, mauka side, between Kawailani Street and Puainako Street. <br /> (5) Aupuni Street, both sides, for a distance of two hundred feet from its intersection <br /> with Kilauea Avenue. <br /> (6) Aupuni Street, makai side, for a distance of one hundred feet on each side of the <br /> intersection of Aupuni Street with the County Building road. <br /> (7) Aupuni Street, mauka-Hamakua(Kaiko'o Mall) side, from the driveway located <br /> four hundred fifty feet north of the intersection with Kilauea Avenue and <br /> extending five hundred feet around the curve to the driveway across from the <br /> State Building. <br /> (8) Aupuni Street, southwest side, from a point two hundred forty feet southeast of <br /> Pauahi Street and extending sixty-six feet in the southeasterly direction. <br /> (9) Banyan Drive, east (makai) side, [beginning at] from a point six hundred thirty- <br /> five [twenty seven] feet north of Kamehameha Avenue and extending [three <br /> hundred thirty four] two hundred fifty feet [in the northerly direction] north of <br /> Banyan Way. <br />
