COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 144 ORDINANCE NO. 12 8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to better address the existing conditions and the change to paragraph (9) is a part of the Parks and Recreation's Reed's Bay Beach Park Redevelopment and Improvements Project. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24 -280, Schedule 28. No parking at anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: (c) South Hilo (1) Ainako Avenue, Hamakua side, between Kaumana Drive and the Ernest B. de Silva School entrance. (2) Alenaio Drive, makai side. (3) Anderton Camp Roadway, Hilo side, for its entire length. (4) 'Anela Street, mauka side, between Kawailani Street and Puainako Street. (5) Aupuni Street, both sides, for a distance of two hundred feet from its intersection with Kilauea Avenue. (6) Aupuni Street, makai side, for a distance of one hundred feet on each side of the intersection of Aupuni Street with the County Building road. (7) Aupuni Street, mauka - Hamakua (Kaiko'o Mall) side, from the driveway located four hundred fifty feet north of the intersection with Kilauea Avenue and extending five hundred feet around the curve to the driveway across from the State Building. (8) Aupuni Street, southwest side, from a point two hundred forty feet southeast of Pauahi Street and extending sixty -six feet in the southeasterly direction. (9) Banyan Drive, east (makai) side, [mat] from a point six hundred thirty- five [twenty seven] feet north of Kamehameha Avenue and extending [three lea his t« four] two hundred fifty feet [in the northerly direction] north of Banyan Way.
