Violence Against Women Training Project. These federally derived <br /> funds, being provided through the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, are to <br /> be used to fund training, and to develop and implement more effective police, court and <br /> prosecution polices, protocols, orders and services, specifically devoted to preventing, <br /> identifying and responding to violent crimes against women. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the U.
