Fire department access. Access to the burn site(s) shall be suitable to the <br />AHJ. Access parameters: Minimum of 14 feet wide, all weather driving <br />surface, maximum grade of 15 percent. <br />Burn site(s) shall be subject to inspcction. <br />RATIONALE: Reformatted. Changed hyphens, changed bold and italicized text and rearranged <br />text. <br />9. Section 26 -22, as provided in Bill No. 139, is amended to read: <br />"Section 26 -22. Site Plan. <br />Section 10.15.1.1 is added to read: <br />10.15.1.1 A site plan shall be submitted with the permit application.
