Mr. Ruderman, a 26-year resident <br /> of Hawaii, is the owner of the Big Island's Island Naturals Markets located in Hilo, <br /> Pahoa, Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua. <br /> Mr. Ruderman is a former member of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee and the <br /> Puna Community Council. He is also a former three-year president of the Waawaa <br /> Community Association and the past spokesman for the Big Island Rainforest Action <br /> Group. Mr. Ruderman states that he is a Democrat.
