The following is a breakdown <br />of the package contents: <br />Page 1: Illustrates the existing front facade and seaward facade with existing signage <br />(190 square feet each sign). Page 2: Illustrates Walmart's proposed (reduced) <br />sign package for which the variance is being sought (147 square feet <br />each sign). <br />Page 3: Illustrates an additional 20% reduction from Walmart's proposed sign <br />package. <br />Page 4: Illustrates the proposed signage with "halo" or back lighting affect. Actual <br />letter material will be less visible at night. <br />Page 5: Photoshopped images of the existing signage vs. the proposed signage from <br />3 vantage points. <br />I hope this package helps to illustrate the need for variance and the proposed sign package of this <br />recently remodeled Walmart store. Due to the topography of the site, our visibility and opportunity <br />to adequately identify and sign the store to residents and visitors alike is greatly limited.
