for Grant. Grantee covenants that the representations made in <br />the Lobbying Certification are true at the time this Contract is <br />executed and will remain true throughout the entire term of the <br />Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill any <br />and all terms and conditions set forth therein. <br />8. Grantee shall comply with the non- <br />discrimination requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and <br />Safe Streets Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, national origin, religion, or sex; Title <br />VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits <br />discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, or national origin; Section 504 of the <br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits based on <br />disability; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 which <br />prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in training or <br />educational programs; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 which <br />prohibits discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits <br />on the basis of age; the Department of Justice regulations <br />implementing the above - referenced statutes at 28 C.F.R.
