WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 46 -7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, this Council's consent is <br />required for the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it does <br />hereby consent to and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to Section 46 -7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, to <br />enter into the Memorandum of Understanding with the Research Corporation of the University of <br />Hawai`i. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawai`i is directed to <br />transmit copies of this resolution to (1) the Honorable William Kenoi, Mayor of the County of <br />Hawai`i; (2) Finance Director Nancy Crawford; (3) Department of Liquor Control; and (4) <br />RCUH c/o Alton M.
