Lee Loy of Council District 4 to the County of <br />Hawaii Water Board. Ms. Lee Loy is lifelong resident of Hawaii. Since 1994, she has <br />worked for several local offices as a legal assistant and planner, which she continues to <br />do with her current employer, the Law Office of Ted Hong. <br />Ms. Lee Loy is the secretary of Kamehameha School's PTO, and a member of <br />Waiakeawaena's PTA, where she also coaches their Robotic Team. She states that <br />she is not affiliated with any political party.
