The Foundation's approval of this Grant is based <br />upon its consideration of Grantee's grant proposal and the various representations made by <br />Grantee to the Foundation, as well as a review of all materials regarding Grantee that you <br />have supplied. <br />Please review the Grant Letter carefully. If the content of the Grant Letter correctly sets <br />forth your understanding of the terms of this Grant and is acceptable to Grantee, please have <br />an appropriate officer of your organization execute one of the enclosed copies of the Grant <br />Letter to acknowledge Grantee's receipt and acceptance of all of its terms and conditions. By <br />signing the Grant Letter, the officer represents to the Foundation that he/she has the <br />authority to sign this Letter on Grantee's behalf. A signed letter shall constitute the full <br />agreement and understanding between the Foundation and Grantee.
