The WHP -FAP grant funding for this project will be <br />administered by the COUNTY's Department of Finance - <br />Treasury Division ( "TREASURY "). The TREASURY will work with <br />the financial institutions to insure that loan and grant <br />proceeds are paid to the sewer connection contractor. <br />Task 3. Inspections of Sewer Connections <br />The TREASURY will also work with the COUNTY's Department of <br />Environmental Management personnel to insure that contract <br />work is performed and sewer connections are made properly. <br />Task 4. Contract Recordkeeping <br />For purposes of this Contract, the TREASURY will maintain <br />technical, managerial, and financial records associated with <br />each lot owner that is awarded< project grant funds for its <br />sewer connection. These records shall be evaluated by the <br />STATE in determining compensation to the COUNTY under this <br />Contract. <br />ADM. SERV.
