STATE OF HAWAII <br />TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />Attachment - S3 <br />Time of Performance. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the services <br />required under this Contract from the commencement date of the STATE's <br />Notice to Proceed, to and including September 30, 2013, unless this <br />Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. <br />The STATE desires to commence this Contract on October 1, 2011 or <br />sooner. However, due to the time required for evaluation, award, and <br />execution of this Contract, the exact commencement date is <br />indeterminate at this time. Upon execution of this Contract, the <br />STATE shall issue a Notice to Proceed to the CONTRACTOR. <br />This Contract may be extended as provided in paragraph 4 of the <br />Special Conditions. <br />ADM.
