NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />1. That the Department of Liquor Control is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />three (3) year subscription to the United States & Canada Identification <br />Checking Guide. <br />2. That sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years to cover the <br />anticipated obligations under the terms of the subscription. <br />3.
