(c) <br />South Hilo <br />(d) <br />Ka`u <br />(e) <br />Kohala <br />(f) <br />Kona <br />(g) <br />Puna <br />The following areas are designated as maximum eight hour parking at the rate of <br />twenty-five cents per two -hours: <br />(a) Hamakua <br />(b) North Hilo <br />(c) South Hilo <br />(1) Aupuni Center parking lot, specifically marked single row of stalls <br />fronting Kilauea Avenue, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), during <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as otherwise specified per facility. <br />(2) The County Building puking lot at 25 Aurnmi Street, Hilo, in specific <br />stalls with parking meters for the use of the general public, Monday to <br />Friday (excluding holidays) during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or <br />as otherwise specified per facility. <br />(d) Ka`u <br />(e) Kohala <br />(f) Kona <br />(g) Puna„ <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are to be severable. <br />SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 6.
