COUNTY OF <br />HAWAI `I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 178 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE- <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL— 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO MULTIPLE -FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL— 3,000 SQUARE FEET (RM -3) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAI`l, <br />COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-038:017. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Multiple -Family Residential — 3,000 square feet (RM -3): <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, the coordinates of said <br />point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being <br />6,022.35 feet South and 8,213.17 feet East, and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br />from True South: <br />1. 238° 10' <br />237.00 feet along Lots 15-A and 15-D (Grant 8356 <br />to Frank Amaral); <br />2. 328' 10' <br />180.00 feet along Lots 3-13 and 3-A (Grant 10697 to <br />Mrs. Shizue Okino); <br />3. 58° 10' <br />237.00 feet along Lots 17-B and 17-A (Grant <br />S-15256 to Peter K. Mehau Jr., et al.) <br />4. 148' 10' <br />180.00 feet along Parcel 141 (Kino`ole Street Road <br />Widening) to the point of beginning and <br />containing an area of 42,660 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />
