IN THE FOUR SIGNED AND MARKED STALLS, FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M..`_______ This proposed amendment was generated due to a request by the Hawai'i Police Department to increase the number of taxi stalls along Kaahumanu Place.
