Division 1 (Parking Regulations), Section 24-197 (Parking prohibited during <br /> certain hours) be amended by revising paragraph (a) as follows: <br /> (a) When official signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, <br /> or park a vehicle any longer than is reasonably necessary to take on or discharge <br /> passengers or freight upon any of the streets or portions thereof within the <br /> County, between the hours indicated on such signs, of any day, except Sundays <br /> and public holidays OR AS OTHERWISE LISTED IN SCHEDULE 29, SECTION <br /> 24-281. <br /> This amendment is part of an effort to allow more flexibility when parking is prohibited <br /> during certain hours. <br /> APPROVED <br /> _ _ <br /> Warren H.W.
