BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a ten (10) year lease <br />agreement with one ten (10) year option to extend the lease, for the office <br />space located at the Department of Water Supply, 345 Kekuanao'a Street, <br />Hilo, Hawaii. <br />2.
