WHEREAS, the Hawaii Fire Department recommends the acceptance of this <br />donation; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that in <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12, of the Hawaii County Charter, and Chapter 2, <br />Article 30, Section 2- 162(a) of the Hawaii County Code, the Council of the County of <br />Hawaii accepts this donation. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation and a copy of this <br />Resolution be sent to Laura Mallery- Sayre, Daniel Sayre Memorial Foundation, P.
