W. Lee, transmitted via Communication <br /> No. 611, dated February 24, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-257, <br /> Schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, subsection(g)(3), by revising an existing item: "(3) Kahakai <br /> Boulevard, from a point fifty eight feet northeast of Aama Street D„nuwa; Street to its <br /> northeastern terminus at the makai end."
