Kona Mansions, a residential condominium, occupies this <br /> parcel . <br /> Directly to the north is TMK 7-5-18:14, a vacant parcel, owned by James Clay. This <br /> parcel has recently been rezoned from RM-1 to CV-10 pursuant to Council Ordinance <br /> No. 96-34 dated March 13, 1996. Bombadil's Restaurant and Bar (TMK 7-5-9:034), a <br /> commercial enterprise directly adjacent and to the north of Clay's property, is zoned V- <br /> .75. <br /> The parcel adjacent and to the south (TMK 7-5-18:008) , consisting of approximately 18 <br /> acres, is zoned RS-10 and is presently undeveloped pasture land. <br /> Directly to the west and makai of Alii Drive is TMK 7-5-18:011 and 7-5-18:78 that are <br /> zoned V-.75 and were formally the site of a miniature golf enterprise and a bar/grill. <br /> Presently, this parcel is vacant. <br /> Proposed Land Use <br /> WRSV is proposing to develop a 10,000 SF professional commercial building on the <br /> project site.
