JABSOM, through a separate agreement with the ADAD, shall be responsible for <br /> supporting enforcement operations and compliance inspections by: <br /> a. Recruiting and training minor field researchers and adult field researchers <br /> to assist the Hawaii County Police Department. <br /> b.
