Applicants' Request: The applicants are requesting to change the zoning district from <br /> Family Agricultural—2 acres (FA-2a) to Family Agricultural— 1 acre(FA-1a) for 2.116 <br /> acres of land in order to subdivide the property into two parcels. <br /> 2. Supportive Information: The applicants, who are the landowners, have submitted the <br /> attached in support of the request. Ordinance 07-135: The property was part of a previous change of zone for a larger <br /> property that changed the district classification from Agricultural-3 acre (A-3a)to <br /> Family-Agricultural—2 acre(FA-2a) (refer to the Exhibit 11 in the application). <br /> 4. SUB 07-000677: The property was subdivided into 2 lots on October 14, 2009 in <br /> compliance with Condition C of Ordinance 07-135. General Plan LUPAG Map: Important Agricultural Land and a small portion in Low Density <br /> Urban. <br /> 7. County Zoning: Family Agricultural—2 acres (FA-2a). <br /> 8.
