"l4 <br /> :4 -.. ; <br /> • f/;.: <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ,tF OF•M,'� <br /> BILL NO. 245 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24-275 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match <br /> existing conditions. This bus stop services the Honoka`a Elementary School and the Honoka`a <br /> Intermediate and High School. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and <br /> Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (a) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ( ) Pakalana Street, west side, from a point ninety five feet north of Kukui Street to Kukui <br /> Street, between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on school days only. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
