COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 245 ORDINANCE NO. 12 102 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24 -275 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match existing conditions. This bus stop services the Honoka`a Elementary School and the Honoka`a Intermediate and High School. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24 -275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (a) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: () Pakalana Street, west side, from a point ninety five feet north of Kukui Street to Kukui Street, between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on school days only. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
