USAE is herby authorized to donate the following items at the end of contract W912DY-04-D- <br /> 0006, Task Order 0008 upon final demobilization: <br /> i. Generator, Portable 3250 Watt, Centurion, Model 0005790-0 <br /> Serial Number: 5835 163 B <br /> ii. Generator,Portable 3250 Watt, Centurion, Model 0005790-0 <br /> Serial Number: 5835315B <br /> 2. The preceding items have been determined to not constitute a danger to public health or welfare <br /> by the Contracting Officer. Additionally, the estimated cost to sell the property, including <br /> advertising, storage and other costs associated with making the sale is greater than the probable <br /> sale proceeds. <br /> 3. USAE is directed to sign over the donated property to the West Hawaii Fire Department, 25 <br /> Aupuni Street, Helo Hawaii 96720. DD Form 1149 is to be used to annotate the transfer to Mr. <br /> Glenn Honda, Battalion Commander of the West Hawaii Fire Department, Phone Number: 808- <br /> 932-2907. USAE is not to transfer the above items to any other individuals without the written <br /> consent of the Contracting Officer. A copy of the DD Form 1149 will be forwarded to the <br /> USACE Contracting Officer and Government Property Administrator upon completion. <br /> 4.
