ARTICLE 10, D1VISIW 3 OF I'IIE HAWAf`1 <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND <br />PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. <br />131; IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. This measure was generated due to a request by the Hawaii Police <br />Department to increase the number of taxi stalls along Ka`ahumanu Place. The existing conditions <br />!r;dicate that there is a need for the additional stalls in the subject area. <br />Sf,CfION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275.1, Schedule 2:x.1. Public r;,ad <br />taxi stand locations, subsection (f), Kona, Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, a:, arnctided!. is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(f) Kona <br />(1) Ka' ahumanu Place.
