Archaeological/Historical Resources: As the property is improved,no professional <br /> surveys were conducted of the site. By letter dated February 10, 2012,the applicant <br /> requested a letter of"no effect"from the State DLNR-HPD. <br /> 20. Cultural or Native Gathering Rights: There is no evidence of any traditional and <br /> customary Native Hawaiian rights being practiced on the site, nor existence of any known <br /> valued cultural,historical or native resources in the area. <br /> 21. Public Access: None that traverses the property. <br /> PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 22. Access: Access is proposed from Laukapu Street, a two-lane County-maintained <br /> roadway with an existing right-of-way of 40 feet. The City of Hilo Zone map identifies <br /> Laukapu Street as a collector, with typical rights-of-way of 60 feet. <br /> 23. Water: County water. <br /> 24. Wastewater: County sewer line. <br /> 25. Solid Waste: Commercial haulers. <br /> 26.
