4.1pR.ovo <br /> Sands Estates Subdivision is located to the east and lands to the north are zoned Single <br /> Family Residential (RS-7.5). <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES AND UTILITIES <br /> 23. Access: Access to the property will be via subdivision roadway from the adjacent <br /> • proposed Keauhou View Estates Subdivision. The proposed Alii Highway will traverse <br /> along the makai boundary of the project site. <br /> 24. Water: Water can be made available to the property from an existing 12-inch waterline <br /> along Kuakini Highway. <br /> 25. Wastewater: The County's new sewer lines is presently under construction in <br /> the area. Wastewater disposal system will meet with requirements of the Department of <br /> Health and/or the Department of Public Works. <br /> 26.
