The properties are located on the makai side of Kuakini Highway and northeast of the <br /> White Sands Beach Estates at Pahoehoe 3rd, North Kona, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the requests: <br /> Crary r and Uce BoundarkAmendment <br /> The approval of the reclassification from the State Land Use Agricultural to the <br /> Urban District will not be violative of Section 205-2, Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised <br /> Statutes, nor will it be inconsistent with the Land Use Commission Rules, the County <br /> General Plan and the Hawaii State Plan.
