Performance Data: <br />During the pilot study period, drivers made a total of 303 trips over 75 days and hauled a total of 4,155 <br />tons of solid waste from east side to WHSL. Table 1 shows a comparison of average data between the <br />HLFS assumption values and the field -based values derived during the 3 -month pilot study. Table A in <br />the Appendix A shows additional field -based values with details recorded during the course of the pilot <br />study. The road time value is the sum of each driver's time (averaging four (4) drivers per day) spent on <br />the road traveling to and from WHSL.
