Page 2 Langer opposition to Bill 168 <br /> The General Plan considers access and public necessity. The entrance to Nichols <br /> Road from Highway 11 is dangerous. Vehicles coming from Volcano will quickly <br /> realize that turning onto Pszyk Road rather than from the blind curve fronting <br /> the proposed business is safer. This will introduce commercial traffic to our <br /> neighborhood our road cannot accommodate. Nichols Road's narrow width <br /> currently provides something of a speed bump for children playing safely. Our <br /> community is already well served by a large auto repair center in Kurtistown 5 <br /> miles distance from Mt. View.
