Parents or the financially - responsible party may be <br />contacted in writing, and may be contacted directly if the violation is serious. If an initial <br />violation is particularly severe and /or intentional, fines or eviction may be levied. <br />B. Second and third violations carry a minimum fine of $50 - fine amounts are determined by <br />Property Management, and will be charged on the basis of severity and intention. Written <br />notice of violation will be given to resident and parent or financially responsible party. <br />C. Third violation is grounds for immediate eviction, at the discretion of Property <br />Management. <br />D. Eviction is immediate for loud parties, drugs, theft, firearms- weapons- fireworks, occupancy <br />violations, and illegal activities. <br />5 <br />
