The intent of this measure is to restrict parking to provide adequate sight <br /> distance for a driveway that services a new parking lot adjacent to Gilbert Carvalho <br /> Park. <br /> Additionally, this amendment will discourage people from parking along the <br /> roadside in this heavily traveled area.
