Pauahi Street, Suite 3 <br />Hilo, HI 96720 <br />Dear Ms. Leithead-Todd, <br />RE: Applicant - Sonomura Rentals, LLC <br />TMK: (3) 2-2-048:010, 120,'121, 122 & 123 <br />Request: Change of Zone from Agriculture 3A to Family -Agricultural 1A <br />I live in this community and have seen an increase of traffic in the past 13 <br />years. It is very hard to turn out of my driveway during "rush hour" in the <br />morning and afternoon. Approving this subdivision will bring in even more traffic <br />into my community and disrupt the "Country Atmosphere" further. <br />My husband Henry and I have been in farming since 1977 and know that we can still <br />farm decently on 3 acres, which is the purpose of our zoning now. Creating one <br />acre lots will be more for residential living rather than farming. We know of the <br />problems that happen when farmers and residential homeowners live side by side. <br />Please help keep our neighborhood zoned Agriculture -3A.
