HI 96720 <br />.Dear Administrators and Commissioners, <br />In concern of the Panaewa community, 1 do not want to have the Sonomura subdivision to <br />proceed. <br />1 want to keep the "COUNTRY" feeling and agricultural -based origins of this peaceful <br />neighborhood. <br />I don't want: <br />0 Heavy traffic on our roads (including Makalika Street, Awa Street, Mahiai Street, <br />Lama Street, and Railroad Avenue) <br />Safety issues for those who walk on the above streets and children/students who <br />ride their bikes <br />An increase on our property taxes due to the high priced new homes <br />To change the zoning of our Agriculture 3A status <br />Other: <br />Please help us to keep our Panaewa neighborhood rural! <br />Some original owners have been living here over 50Ryears.
