There is the likelihood that this complex will generate
police nuisance calls such as loud party and loud noise complaints affecting the quality of life of
residents living. nearby.
The roadway has one lane for trafficand traffic in this area is constant with
high traffic flow during the morning and afternoon hours.
The parking area in the preliminary site plan identifies over 20 vehicle parking stalls.
