WHEREAS, Agency has reviewed Grantee ' s application for <br /> funds, and is satisfied that all of the requirements of the Act <br /> and its implementing regulations have been satisfied and that <br /> Grantee is capable of using the federal funds requested <br /> appropriately; <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee has demonstrated the capacity to <br /> provide the services, programs and activities described herein <br /> and is ready, willing and able to provide the required services, <br /> programs and activities ; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Agency and Grantee for and in <br /> consideration of the covenants, conditions, agreements, and <br /> stipulations hereinafter expressed, do mutually agree as <br /> follows : <br /> A. SCOPE OF SERVICES . <br /> Grantee shall, in a proper and satisfactory manner, as <br /> determined by Agency, and in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions of this Contract , use the funds received under this <br /> Contract for the purposes stated herein and in accordance with <br /> the "Application For Grant" (Parts I through IV including all <br /> certifications required under Section C) and the Acceptance of <br /> VAWA Special Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by <br /> 7 Project No. 10-WF-15.doc <br /> (revised 10/201 1) <br />
