The funds will be used to train laboratory personnel and to purchase equipment <br /> to assist in gathering and processing forensic evidence. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i <br /> Department of the Attorney General for this grant.
