BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance is authorized to convey the <br />aforementioned remnant without recourse to public auction in a manner consistent with section <br />46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes and Section 2-120, Hawaii County Code, to Kohala Hospital <br />subject to Kohala Hospital paying any disposition costs. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: <br />(1) Mayor William P.
