DeLozier of Council District 1 to the County of <br /> Hawaii Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission. <br /> Ms. Hecht is a 10-year resident of Hawaii. He is currently the Branch Manager of <br /> Sound Mortgage, Inc. <br /> Mr. DeLozier is the founding member and previous chapter president and vice president <br /> of Business Networking Intl (2005 — present). He has been a volunteer with the Penn <br /> Youth Foundation, and a mentor, coach and program coordinator at Community <br /> Partners for At-Risk Youth in Portland, Oregon. Mr. DeLozier states that he is not <br /> affiliated with any political party.
