No. 37 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:01 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 37, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 37, from Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated December 17, 2012, nominates <br /> Mr. Paul Bleck to the Kailua Village Design Commission. Mr. Bleck is a 24-year resident of <br /> Hawai`i and a former member of this commission. He is a self-employed architect living within <br /> the Kailua Village Special District with construction management experience. Mr. Bleck states <br /> that he is not affiliated with any political party.
