WHEREAS, the education of our children is of highest priority to the Council; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br />hereby urges the Mayor to immediately implement the West Hawaii School Impact Fee. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward copies of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Governor Neil Abercrombie; Kathryn Matayoshi, Superintendent of <br />the Hawaii State Department of Education; the Honorable Mayor William P.
