Suite A-8 is a smaller unit resulting in monthly savings. This <br /> space is deemed to be ADA compliant. <br /> As previously mentioned, there is no available office space located at the County Building. An <br /> inspection of office space located at 80 Pauahi Street, Unit 101, was deemed to have significant <br /> ADA compliance issues that would result in substantial upfront cost in order to make the office <br /> space ADA compliant. <br /> Currently our office lease is on a month-to-month basis.
