An approved Application for Sewer Extension and Location Map <br /> are enclosed as supporting documentation. <br /> The initial phase of the project (Phase 1A) is to serve Tax Map Keys (TMKs) 7-4-021:035, :036, <br /> :037, :038, :039, and :040 which is owned by FHT Kamakana, LLC. Kamakana Villages is a <br /> Hawai'i Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) project that is developed by <br /> Forest City Hawai'i Kona, LLC (Applicant). The Applicant elects to construct the proposed <br /> extension and bear the total cost of the installation and requests reimbursement for the cost of the <br /> sewer extension in accordance with Section 21-28(a), Hawai'i County Code. <br /> The work involves installation of a new sewer line within the proposed Manawale'a and Ka'eka <br /> Streets and will connect to the existing sewer system at the Manawale'a Street/Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway intersection, which is owned and maintained by the County of Hawai'i. This sewer <br /> extension will permit the wastewater generated from this affordable housing project to be treated <br /> at the County's Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> ` s• <br /> -19 . 13> Comm.
