NO, H13. 2 <br /> 1 waybill number, container number, name and address of <br /> 2 the consignor, name and address of the consignee or <br /> 3 the consignee ' s agent in the State, marks, number of <br /> 4 packages, description of contents of each package, <br /> 5 port at which laden, and any other information that <br /> 6 may be necessary to locate or identify the same, and <br /> 7 shall hold such articles at the pier, airport, or any <br /> 8 other place where they are first received or <br /> 9 discharged, in such a manner that they will not spread <br /> 10 or be likely to spread any infestation or infection of <br /> 11 insects or diseases that may be present until <br /> 12 inspection and examination can be made by the <br /> 13 inspector to determine whether or not any article, or <br /> 14 any portion thereof, is infested or infected with or <br /> 15 contains any pest . The department may adopt rules to <br /> 16 require identification of specific articles on <br /> 17 negotiable and non-negotiable warehouse receipts, <br /> 18 bills of lading, or other documents of title for <br /> 19 inspection of pests .
