Reporting Reports will be provided digitally,in Word, Excel, and ArcGIS format, to the Watershed Partnerships Program, Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW),Department of Land and Natural Resources viaLisa.Ferentinos @hawaii.gov. All activities will be reported using the RFP WP13 Reporting Template provided in the RFP. For activities not covered by the template, the following information will be provided: a brief description of activities to date organized under each scope of work item, a summary of any challenges faced or changes made in approach, photos, GIS layers, and/or maps illustrating project activities. In addition, site visits by the DOFAW watershed partnership program staff will be coordinated with the project staff. Reports will include all expenditures and other leveraged funds to date. The final report will be all inclusive of project activities and performance of work conducted during the entire grant period. It will also include an updated summary of partnership accomplishments. This will be made available to the public. First Progress Report : 3 months after project begins Second Progress Report: June 30, 2013 Third Progress Report December 31,2013 Final Report: June 30,2014 or with final invoice
