KEN01 \ • Mayor SUBJECT: Clerical Errors, 2013-2014 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget We discovered the following clerical errors in the tables provided with Bill No, 40, Draft 1, the proposed Capital Budget and Six-Year Capital Program for FY 2013-20114, which we transmitted to you on February 28, 2013: • Page 9 (table of proposed projects in Bill No. 40): o The appropriation for FY No. 201335, Honokaa Skate Park, should be$100,000, not $60,000. o The entries for FY No. 2013029 through FY No. 2013045 are duplicated. o Both the subtotal for that section and the total for the table are correct. • Pages 13-14(Table 1), pages 17-18(Table 3),and pages 19-20(Table 4): a FY No. 2013009, Lono Kona Improvement District: Location (Council District) should be "7". o FY No. 2013040, Kona Urban Trails Expansion: Location (Council District) should be "7, 8". o FY No. 2013041, Holding Cell Improvements: Location (Council District) should be "Various". Council Benefit District should be "All" o FY No. 2013042, South Kona Police Station: Location (Council District) should be "6". Council Benefit District should be "6, 7". o FY No. 2013043, East Hawaii Firing Range: Location (Council District) should be "2". Council Benefit District should be "All". Comm.
