This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and <br />appropriations of $370,778,473, and is $32,426,525; and <br />Comm. 150.1: From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 28, 2013, transmitting a booklet <br />containing the reports entitled, Departmental & Agencies' Six Month Progress Report <br />on Program Objectives for FY2012 -13 and Final Status Report on Program Objectives <br />for FY 2011 -12. <br />Comm. 151: RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE <br />(Bill 40) FISCAL YEAR JULY L 2013 TO JUNE 30 2014 <br />From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 28, 2013, transmitting the proposed <br />Capital Budget for FY 2013 -2014, and the Capital Program for the next six years from <br />FY 2013 -14 to 2018 -19, which includes 83 projects requiring a total appropriation of <br />$235,301,000. Approximately $214,176,000 are intended to be funded in whole or part <br />by bonds, $21,005,000 to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable, $20,000 to be <br />funded by fair share contributions, and $100,000 to be funded by private contributions. <br />
