FC -7 Page 4 March 27, 2013 Comm. 204: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 10 -56 OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, (Bill 56) PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING ALL OR A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE COUNTY From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated March 8, 2013. Amends the attachment to Ordinance 10 -56 noted as Exhibit A, Draft 4, to adjust funding for various projects based on actual needs and final costs that differ from the original estimates in the bond ordinance and subsequent amendments and add a new project, the Kawailani Fire Station. There is no change to the total amount of the bond authorization. Comm. 210: ACCEPTS THE GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM ROBERT MILBANK, JR., (Res. 92 -13) TRUSTEE IN THE BANKRUPTCY CASE OF PACIFIC PLAINS COMPANY, LLC, FOR PUBLIC ACCESS PURPOSES From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 8, 2013. The easement will provide vehicular, parking, and pedestrian public access along a length of the North Kohala Coastline.
